• Trainee position assists with all aspects of food production and service, including cooking, line setup, replenishment, cleanup and cash collection.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and service, including cooking, portioning, serving lines, condiment stand and fruit/vegetable bar.
• Operate cash register and handle cashier duties during meal service.
• Clean equipment, utensils, pans, and all food prep, serving and storage areas; follow cleaning checklists.
• Assist with processing of advanced payments and preparing end-of-day cash reports.
• Maintain records including food prepared, used and leftover on worksheets.
• Store, date, and label leftovers; support coworkers with scheduled work demands.
