Position: Line Cook. Cashier

Location: 598 S Louisiana Street Plain Dealing, La

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with short order scratch cooking, enjoys working in a restaurant environment, takes direction well, and is effective at multi-tasking. If you have restaurant industry cooking experience and strong customer service, please submit an application to us today.

Requirements:

  1. Must understand the importance of teamwork in a kitchen environment.
  2. Cooking/Cashiering experience strongly desired.
  3. Must be capable of maintaining established cook times.
  4. Must be available for all shifts.
  5. Cash Handling Experience.
  6. Excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
  2. Collaborate with the Management and Cooks to prepare meals.
  3. Follow Recipes and procedures.
  4. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
  5. Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
  6. Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.
  7. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
  8. Maintain a positive upbeat attitude.
