Job summary

A&W in Illinois is seeking enthusiastic crew members to take customer orders, handle payments, and deliver friendly hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You will maintain clean work areas and assist with food preparation while supporting the team to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Accurately process payments and provide friendly hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist with food prep.
• Suggest menu items and provide knowledge about ingredients.
• Manage food storage and stock; support team with related tasks.
• Resolve customer questions and help ensure guest satisfaction.

• Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal and accurately process payments
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Resolve customer complaints provide relevant information
• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
