Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe, sanitary practices.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill and other equipment to maintain correct temperatures.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, or catered events.
• Season, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes with supervision.
• Assist with inventory and forecast preparation needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support kitchen operations.
