Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Cook in Kalamazoo, MI to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and catered events. You will operate kitchen equipment and maintain high standards of food safety and customer service.

The role reports to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, offers a 12pm–9pm shift with rotating weekends, full-time hours, and a starting pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and/or catered events.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, coffee machines, steamers, mixers and knives.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food-handling practices in the kitchen.
