The Cook/Baker prepares food items according to menu and production forecast. Ensures the accuracy and quality of recipes and food items produced. Assists with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the cook's area. Performs additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED preferred. At least six months of food service experience demonstrating cooking skills is required.
Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required upon hire. This can be completed online at https://sbc.statefoodsafety.com/. A SafeServ Managers certification is preferred, which supersedes the Food Handler's Certificate and can be obtained online at https://www.servsafe.com/ServSafe-Manager/Get-Certified.
