Duties

• Inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
• Ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new food items, and rotating stock.
• Cooking food orders in a timely manner to ensure low ticket times.
• Handling preparation of produce to prepare for consumption.
• Assisting with cleaning and breakdown of all kitchen elements at the end of food service.

Company Description

We are a mom and pop business started by myself, Ted, and my wife. We initially began doing pop-ups in Palm Bay, Florida before being invited to pop-up at J. Wakefield Brewery during the pandemic. In early 2021, we were invited to participate in the South Beach Food and Wine Festival-Burger Bash, where we won Judge’s Choice for “Very Best Burger.” Since then, we have actively worked many collaborations and events within the food service community.
