Aztec Grill in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure timely service while working as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have flexibility to work evenings and weekends, some foodservice experience, and a food handler permit. We offer competitive pay starting at $18.21–$19.21 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Service, Quick Service, Retail experience a plus.
• Food Handler Permit required or obtainable within 30 days.

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring timely and accurate food service. Physical Environment:

• This role is classified as Light Work: regularly lifting 10+ lbs., occasionally up to 20 lbs., and up to 40 lbs. as needed.
