Shift options include morning hours and full-day coverage; a safety-focused, fast-paced kitchen environment is expected for this role. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking per recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating with the team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Service, Quick Service, Retail experience a plus.
• Food Handler Permit as required by county, city, or state or be able to obtain one within 30 days.
• A passion for delivering friendly, fast, and high-quality service.
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our team at Aztec Grill. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring timely and accurate food service. Shift: Mornings 5:00am - 2:00pm Days 8:00am - 5:00pm

Physical Environment:

• This role is classified as Light Work: regularly lifting 10+ lbs., occasionally up to 20 lbs., and up to 40 lbs. as needed.
