Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare hot and cold menu items, oversee proper portioning and serving, and ensure quality tasting for residents. You will work across grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service lines to deliver consistent meals in a senior living community.

The role emphasizes adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and weekend availability to support weekend dining operations across our TerraBella communities in Virginia and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
