Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals following planned menus and recipes.

• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food at line stations.
• Portions food according to standard sizes and recipe specifications.
• Informs supervisor of shortages and assists in inventory management.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
