Core Responsibilities
  • Follow recipes to cook raw materials into final products
  • Operate equipment such as fryer, tub dumper, and grader
  • Weigh finished boxes using box scale to ensure proper weight
  • Recognize and report potential fire hazards, including oil spills
  • Assist with sanitation before and after shifts
  • Label products correctly and operate metal detectors, handling flagged products appropriately
  • Work with the Cook Lead to ensure product quality prior to boxing
  • Maintain a safe work environment by keeping floors clean and free of hazards
  • Adhere to all safety and food regulations, reporting violations immediately
  • Wear proper PPE at all times in the cook room
  • Report any issues involving equipment or meat to supervisors
