Responsibilities

1. Perform daily cutting processes in the cut rooms.
2. Follow recipes to cook raw materials into finished products.
3. Operate equipment such as fryers, tub dumpers, and graders.
4. Recognize and prevent fire hazards, including oil spills.
5. Assist with sanitation before and after operations.
6. Label products correctly and operate metal detectors, handling flagged products appropriately.
7. Work with the Cook Lead to ensure product quality.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
9. Report any issues with equipment or products to supervisors.
