Join to apply for the Cook and Dietary Aide role at Vineyard Post Acute.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to join our Dietary Team at Vineyard Post Acute, a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a dual role of Dietary Cook and Dietary Aide.

Schedule: Full time, 5 days

• Cook PM shift - Monday and Tuesday
• Aide PM shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Essential Duties of a Dietary Cook

• Follow detailed instructions for prepared menus and portion control guides
• Prepare tasteful meals and cook a variety of foods in large quantities
• Prepare special diets accurately
• Record food temperatures for meals
• Cooperate and work harmoniously with personnel in all departments
• Clean cooking area and serving carts
• Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nurses
