Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Cooks to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Roles run days, evenings, holidays, and weekends, with benefits and weekly pay offered as part of a comprehensive package. This position is based on-site at Allianz Field, Saint Paul, MN.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 1 year of back-of-house foodservice experience.
• Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team.
• Basic math skills to measure and scale recipe ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
