Qualifications

Cook 3, Full-Time

The Cook 3 role is a junior cook position, the ideal candidate will possess basic culinary knowledge, primary knife skills and the ability to multi-task. Comply with health and hygiene preparation standards, possess an understanding of dietary requirements and the ability to follow policies and procedures relating to allergens. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in the banquet kitchen. High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience, minimum one year culinary or related work experience. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
