We are looking for a talented and professional Cook 2 to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while assisting the team in running the kitchen and the pool deck on the day to day.

What You’ll Do:
A cook 2 requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen assisting the pool deck and require significant supervision and training.
The position requires flexibility regarding availability with weekends and holidays and is full-time seasonal (start date in May) with hours up to 40 hours/week.
This position’s hourly rate is $22.01/hr.This role is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards.
Qualifications
· Refined verbal communication skills.
· 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
· Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
· Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
· Able to work single station in the kitchen.
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
