Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be a person who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen and produces quality food offerings for our guests.
• Your daily responsibilities include: Promoting and maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast member. Preparing meats, vegetables, soups, sauces and other food items as indicated by production sheets.
• Reporting to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes.
• Reporting spoilage and item discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
• Assisting in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Maintaining clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure meeting production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• A strong commitment to providing an incredible culinary experience for our guests is required.
• Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.
