What We Expect:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Prepare food items according to guest orders, following recipes and standards; set up stations for service.
  2. Start pre-prepared food items, ensuring not to prepare beyond needs.
  3. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and properly.
  4. Manage food containers, rotate stock, monitor perishables, and control food waste according to policies.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen or hotel operation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States.
