Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking dedicated culinary professionals to join our Epic team. You will prepare meals, coordinate production with serving times, and ensure quality, temperature, and presentation meet our high standards.

Starting wages are $17.00-$19.00 per hour with hero pay of $0.85 per hour and annual increases; earn up to $19.85/hour. We offer tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and plenty of career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.
• Experience in a Long Term Care facility is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved.
• You may assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors.
