Job summary

Portillo’s in Illinois is hiring for a line cook role. You will prepare classic items like Italian Beef, burgers, hot dogs, and fries, following recipes to ensure quality and sanitation. Maintain clean stations, work with teammates, and stay efficient during busy periods.

You'll handle portion control and monitor stock levels, with extra pay incentives for late shifts, cold outdoor work, and holidays as described in the posting.

Pay & Bonuses

The base pay rate is $15.75 per hour.

Additional hourly rates: $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm, $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F, and $3 per hour for holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July4, Christmas Eve, NewYear’s Day.
