Portillos Hot Dogs, LLC in Batavia, Illinois, seeks a dedicated team member to prepare classic menu items including Italian Beef and Hot Dogs. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, work efficiently under pressure, and contribute positively to our team.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience at Portillo’s, working 20 hours per week over a six-month span. Additional hourly incentives available for late hours, extreme weather, and holidays.

Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other dishes by following provided recipes and upholding our commitments to quality and sanitation.
Keep your station spotless, work as a team player to help and serve others, and maintain a sense of urgency to serve long lines efficiently.
Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.
Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6‑month period.

The base pay rate is $15.75 per hour.
Additional hourly rates: $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm, $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F, and $3 per hour for holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July4, Christmas Eve, NewYear’s Day.
