Management Preferences (Optional): These skills are not required but managers may choose to interview/select applicants who demonstrate Management Preferences. Experience preparing and cooking food in large quantities. General knowledge of the uses and adaptabilities of various pieces of cooking equipment used in commercial or institutional kitchens. Ability to consistently uphold high standards of personal hygiene and ensure proper food sanitation practices. Ability to perform simple mathematical computations. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Salary Range:$ 31,200 - $41,356 Salary Grade NC01
