Job summary

Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA is seeking a Cook for its nursing home to accurately prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and physician orders.

You will work with the dietary services team to ensure meals are timely, stored safely, and meet nutrition and diet orders, while upholding food safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or long-term care dietary setting experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written diet orders and menus.
• Stamina to stand, lift and bend in a busy kitchen environment.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment
