Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a cook to prepare meals for residents, staff and guests in a compassionate, service-oriented environment. You’ll follow established menus and recipes, help with events, and maintain a clean kitchen.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with day and evening shifts. Training is provided, and Edgewood emphasizes safety, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing learning in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Active ServSafe Certification is desirable; training may be provided.
• Willingness to train new employees is important.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities

As a Cook at Edgewood, you’ll prepare meals and provide an outstanding dining experience for the most amazing folks on the planet – our residents!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for our residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes
• Help plan, bake and meal prep for resident and employee special events
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room
• Assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications
