Job summary

Edgewood Baxter, a 66-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community, is hiring an Assistant Cook. You will help prepare meals and deliver an outstanding dining experience for our residents and staff. The role offers training, benefits and the chance to contribute to a caring team.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Active ServSafe Certification; Edgewood provides training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, staff and guests according to menus and recipes.
• Assist with meal planning and prep for resident and staff events.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area.
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies.

As an Assistant Cook at Edgewood, you’ll help prepare meals and provide an outstanding dining experience for the most amazing folks on the planet – our residents!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for our residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes
• Help plan and meal prep for resident and employee special events
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
