Job summary

Continental Events in Warner, NH is seeking a motivated culinary professional to create a consistent quality food and exceptional customer service. You will follow recipes, manage prep, and maintain a clean, safe cooking station.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality dishes, adhering to menus, multitasking during service, and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience. A strong team mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge about food handling, sanitation, and safety.
  • Must have good hygiene and hand washing skills

Job description

  • Understand properly food labeling, serving temperatures, FIFO, and able to engage the customer
  • Working knowledge about food handling, food sanitation, and safety
  • 1 – 3 years previous cooking experience preferred
  • Must possess use of all kitchen equipment and report any deficiencies including knife handling skills and cooking techniques such as braising, sauté, sear and grill
  • Must possess proper recipe conversion and measuring
  • Serve Safe and Allergen Certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • In process or completion of culinary education preferred
