Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents following standardized recipes and menus. You will ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and dietary modifications.
• Strong kitchen sanitation and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation per Sunrise standards.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date and store food per safety regulations.
• Keep kitchen and equipment areas clean and organized.
• Assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Support leadership in food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
