Job summary

Atria Senior Living seeks a Cook to join our kitchen team at Tucker, GA. You will prepare meals for residents, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment in a supportive, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Join kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers.
• Understand that dining in the restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of residents’ day.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment

• Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, cleaning schedules and logs
