Job summary

North Park Post-Acute is seeking a full-time cook with at least two years of experience in a nursing home kitchen, or similar medical facility. The role involves preparing meals aligned with patient medical needs, following federal/state regulations, and guiding the head cook as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus to ensure ingredients are available/ready.
• Prepares meals in accordance with patient needs and preferences.

• Follows safety, food storage and cleaning standards.
• Serves patients/residents to ensure a positive meal experience.
• Assists in setting up and adjusting food service production to ensure timely service.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with established standards and regulations
