Job summary

Taliesin Preservation is seeking a Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen dedicated to fresh, simple cafe-style items. You will prep and cook a variety of dishes, from sandwiches and salads to soups and breakfast, while keeping the line organized and efficient.

You’ll collaborate closely with a tight-knit kitchen and front-of-house team and participate in daily prep. Ideal candidates bring cafe or short-order cooking experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a positive, team-first

Qualifications

• Prior cafe or short-order cooking experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and cooking cafe-style menu items: sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast, and specials.
• Keeping the line organized, clean, and efficient.
• Working closely with a tight-knit kitchen and front-of-house crew.
