Job summary

Drift Coffee & Kitchen is seeking a kitchen team member in Raleigh, NC. You will prep all items according to prep sheets, assist in cleaning and organizing deliveries, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

The role supports independent shift opening/closing and adherence to health regulations. We value strong organization, the ability to work well solo or with a team, and weekend availability (Fridays–Sundays).

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior food service work.
• Must have means of transportation.
• Weekend availability with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays required.
• Kitchen closes at 3 PM; ability to work within early evening hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep all items according to prep sheet
• Assist in cleaning, storing and organizing deliveries
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Autonomously open and close shifts
• Adhere to all TCHP and Health Department requirements
• Never have to work a night here!

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
