Job summary

New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in New Paltz, NY, is seeking a Cook to handle preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods for residents and staff.

This role requires healthcare cooking certification (SERV Safe or Sodexo), at least 1 year of large-scale cooking experience, and a strong knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food prep. You should be a reliable team player who can work physically and support the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Director.
