Job summary

Meadowbrook in Wisconsin is seeking a Cook to join our dining services for residents who rely on nutritious, well-prepared meals every day.

You will follow daily menus and dietary guidelines, keep the kitchen clean and safe, restock supplies, and collaborate with the Culinary Director and team to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to daily menus and dietary guidelines
• Ensure residents receive correct diets and portions
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow all cleaning schedules and food safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members and Culinary Director
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as needed
• Restock kitchen supplies when necessary
• Ensure kitchen and prep areas are cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift
