Carinity Brookfield Green in Brookfield is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve nourishing meals for residents in a peaceful, community-focused setting. You will work with the kitchen team to meet dietary needs and preferences while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Availability is Monday to Sunday, with a casual/part-time arrangement. Experience in aged care and a valid NDIS screening are valued, along with strong communication with residents and staff.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial food preparation.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety standards relevant to Aged Care.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Previous experience in Aged Care industry is desirable.
• Clear communication with elderly, staff and management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Chef and other staff in the preparation of high-quality, fresh meals that meet residents’ dietary requirements and personal preferences.
• Provide assistance to Support Services staff in meal service to residents.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and always adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

About the opportunity:
