Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's in The Villages, FL is hiring full-time and part-time cooks to join our back-of-house team. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specs in a fast-paced, friendly environment, with a focus on quality and speed to keep guests happy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+; based on state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
