Candidates may choose between the following work schedules:
Saturday through Wednesday: 4:15 AM - 12:45 PM
Days Off: Thursday and Friday
Monday and Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 4:15 AM - 12:45 PM
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff at the Boxelder Job Corps Center. This position supports daily food-service operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a restaurant, cafeteria, school, hospital, institutional kitchen, catering operation, or other food-service environment.

The ability to reliably report for a 4:15 AM shift is especially important for this position.
