The Arbors and The Ivy Assisted Living Communities is seeking a Cook to join our dining team in Massachusetts. You will prepare meals, plate with care, and ensure every dish reflects quality and comfort for our residents.

Join a team that values presentation, safety, and feedback from residents. This role emphasizes collaboration with the kitchen and dining staff to provide nourishing, appealing meals daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and prepare recipes independently.
• Working knowledge of cooking fundamentals.
• Allergy awareness and anti-choking training.
• Serve-Safe certification and proper kitchen hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, dietary needs, and safety guidelines.
• Present food with care, pride, and attention to detail.
• Step out to connect with residents and gather feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support the chef and kitchen team as needed.
