Sunrise Senior Living in Stamford, CT is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes and menus, while ensuring safety and compliance in a busy senior living kitchen.

You will maintain food quality and presentation, follow dietary modifications, and record production quantities and temperatures. The role includes supporting dishwashing and dining service, and taking lead in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

19.75 - 24.75
