Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Boulder, CO is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to recipes and menus, ensuring quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. You will follow dietary modifications, record temperatures, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include leading production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator and supporting dining service. This role offers a per-hour pay range and benefits as part of Sunrise Senior Living.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
