Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents' health and enjoyment while maintaining a safe, clean, organized kitchen.

You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, handle dietary modifications, record temperatures, and keep the kitchen compliant with safety guidelines. This role offers growth and the chance to brighten residents' daily dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

18.50 - 23.25
