Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a high-quality, safe kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain presentation and diet modifications, and record temperatures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

You will support dishwashing and dining service as needed, and may lead food production in the Dining Services Coordinator's absence. Join a team dedicated to quality of life for seniors.

• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures

• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
