Job summary

Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Seal Beach is seeking cooks for a full scratch kitchen. This on-site, full-time role requires passion for high-quality meals and 2–5 years line-cook experience on a fast-paced station. You will craft seasonal dishes and engage with residents to deliver exceptional food experiences.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2–5 years on a fast-paced line or prep line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication with staff.
• Must pass background check and health screenings including TB tests and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes in a full scratch kitchen.
• Maintain high quality, consistency, and plating standards.
• Operate a line station efficiently during meals.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Adhere to health, safety, and PPE protocols.

Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

What We Request

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
