Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living in Santa Clara, CA is seeking full-time cooks for our full scratch kitchen. Shifts include AM/PM, with competitive pay between $22 and $24 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will work closely with residents and team members, craft high-quality meals from scratch, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must pass background checks and health screenings; vaccination may be required.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE policies may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality standards and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and sanitize as required.

Pay Range: $22-24/hr
