Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate Cook to prepare meals for residents in a supportive facility. You will work to ensure meals are prepared safely, following established recipes and menu requirements, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include handling and stocking ingredients, managing inventories, and assisting other staff as needed. This position may require working shifts as directed by the Dietary Director.

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director
