Smashburger in San Jose is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, keep quality high, and work closely with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required—we’ll train you. You must be 16 years or older, able to stand for long hours, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer tips, meal discounts, and flexible schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards

• Work closely with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen

• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, knives)
