Job summary

Smashburger Colorado Springs is seeking a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, ensure quality, and work closely with teammates to deliver a memorable dining experience.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you. You must be 16 years or older, able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer tip share, meal discounts, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Follow systems for prep, stocking, and closing
• Support team members and assist in the dining area as needed
