Job summary

Spring Gardens Olympus Ranch in Salt Lake City is hiring a Full-Time Cook to prepare meals for our senior living residents. The shift is 6:00am–3:30pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off, offering a stable 40-hour week and no late nights.

You’ll ensure meals are delicious, visually appealing, and meet dietary standards while keeping a clean, compliant kitchen and collaborating with the dining team to deliver caring service to residents.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Has experience in senior living, hospitality, or the restaurant industry.
• Has a customer-focused mindset.
• Loves working with seniors (this is essential).
• Takes pride in food presentation and quality.
• Brings positive energy and a team-player attitude.
• Works well in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Is dependable and punctual.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Understands and adheres to all local and state food safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
