Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork.
3. Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer-first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
4. Prepare all food for the Food Service department according to manual guidelines.
5. Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
6. Prepare grill orders and use fryer per manual guidelines.
7. Slice meats and cheeses.
8. Assist in proper rotation of products in coolers and freezers and maintain good code dates on all products.
9. Put up stock and assist in ordering products and supplies needed for daily operations.
10. Follow company Food Safety program and keep workstation neat and clean.
11. Ensure packaged products are correctly packaged with proper weights and ingredients to satisfy local regulations.
12. Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Food Service experience is a plus but not required.
3. Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
4. Ability to understand and follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
5. Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
