Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents in a safe, clean kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain food safety, and accommodate dietary modifications while supporting dishwashing and dining service as needed.

The role may lead food production when the Dining Services Coordinator is away. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement plans.

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

15.21 - 19.01
